We are taking all the steps we can to provide a safe environment for our customers and staff during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. We monitor the situation daily and implement the latest Government and public health agencies’ advice.
Masks
To help us maintain the highest standards of hygiene, all members of the Hart’s Traditional Team will wear face masks at all times. With the exception of those who are exempt, customers who enter the shop will also be requested to wear face masks, and these will be provided, if necessary.
Delivery
We are making some changes to our existing courier service and can offer a limited local delivery service, for a small additional charge.
Collection
Your turkey will be boxed ready for collection with your details, the weight and price of the turkey shown on the box. Payment can be made by card, BACS, PayPal, Stripe, cheque or cash.
Social Distancing
For customers who still wish to collect their turkey social distancing regulations apply.
A maximum of two people will be allowed in the shop at any one time.
Waiting Area
There is a designated waiting area for our customers who wish
to collect their turkey. However, if you prefer not to enter the shop one of the Team will bring your ready boxed turkey to you.
Parking
We’ve made extra parking available, which is clearly signposted.
