These terms and conditions cover the supply of goods sold by Hart’s Traditional Turkeys (“we” and “us”) to the consumer (“you”). They are the whole and only agreement between us in relation to any purchase you make from us. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You should also read our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we use and protect any information we collect about you, and our Site Usage Policy, which sets out the terms of use for our website.
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 25th October 2017.

Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person.
We may not accept your order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is unavailable and therefore we cannot fulfil your order.
- We cannot get authorisation for your payment.
- There was an error in the price or description of the product you ordered.
- You are not legally entitled to complete the transaction.
- If we cannot trace the delivery address you enter or if there is a mismatch between the delivery address, post code or delivery area.
If you have placed your order and paid for it over the internet and we decide, for any reason, we cannot accept your order, we will notify you via email and refund your monies in full. Any contract to supply the said goods will become void and we will not be liable to you for any consequential losses of any kind.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If we do not have enough stock to deliver the goods you ordered, we will inform you via email or telephone and offer you an alternative product or a full refund.
Prices
All prices are correct at the time of order and relate only to orders over the internet. We reserve the right to change any price listed without notice.
Payment
We accept payment by BACS, PayPal or Stripe.
Cancelling your Order
You may cancel your order within 7 days of the date on which you placed it. Please call us on 01452 750223 if you wish to cancel your order. We will confirm your cancellation in writing and refund any payment you have made.
Delivery and Title
We will email you or telephone you to inform you of the date on which we will deliver your order. Once we have sent the order to you the contract between you and us will be complete. Upon receipt of your order, the goods will be at your risk.
Force Majeure
We will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the goods we supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, failure of the carrier, adverse weather conditions, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
General
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
